CSGO matchmaking settings for personal dedicated server?
I and some friends have rented a server to play 5v5 against each other. The server provider has a few different config files, and there are also config packages and the like from various CSGO leagues that can be downloaded. But we have problems finding a config that mimicks a standard matchmaking server, and the commands needed to alter the settings that are off.

For the most part, things work fine with teams swapping after 15 rounds and so on. But some things are not right. The things we have noticed are:

- Overhead teamplayer names and weapons only visible in spawn. But once round begins, the text disappears, so teammates cannot be identified through walls.
- Spawn freeze timer is not normal
- When a team is defeated in a round, the next round starts sooner than normal (so less time to pick up dropped guns in ended round)
- Ability to see damage given and taken on death missing (fixed this with sv_damage_print_enable 1)
- Regular voting for pause next freezetime not possible. Rcon pause is possible, but then nobody can type in chat.

- Various things in the interface also seem a bit off. Like the player icons and skulls at the top of the screen, indicating remaining and dead players are smaller than normal. And other info sometimes seems to be gone (It is a bit hard to pinpoint exactly what is different here, because normally you may not think too much about the subtle things like where you look for that info. We just notice that something is "not right")

Does anyone have any idea of where we can find a good matchmaking-like config? We only need the gameplay and interface itself to feel and play the same. Things like TK kicking, tickrates etc can just be left as is.

You can set this up yourself - go into "play a game" on csgo as if youre queuing for a regular comp and change the settings (should be a radio option or a toggle) to switch to a private server

If you have 10 people you can host your own matches. Either on your own dedicated, or through the menu.

But that's not really what this thread is about. Any suggestions on the server configs?
