how much value does a howling dawn sticker lose from being applied to a weapon?

Honestly, market price, unless you find someone who wants that sticker on that skin, in which case, it's worth what they're willing to pay for it.

You can want a 10% of the value but if person doesnt want the skin you cant try to take the full price

I had that sticker on my M4A1-S Dark Water MW and got about 15-20€ overprice for it on Steam Market, had it up for 2 weeks though :) Hope this helps.
