It's a demo file which requires Steam and CSGO to view, it's not a video file. You'd have to download your match, play it back while recording, then put it on your phone.

It will if you're playing live, it won't if you're just playing back a demo.

Depends on what software you use and how powerful your computer is, mostly I see people post an average of 15-25fps drop or so.

I can't comment on recording while playing through console, I always just download the match afterwards then record pieces of the demo I want.
