Packet Loss (Certain Servers)
Hi I am getting a packet loss since past couple of days only on specific CS Go servers. I have tried everything: reinstalling CS GO, network drivers, Windows. I have two ISPs and both of them have verified the settings on their end.
Whenever I connect to 45.113.137.131 or an ip starting with a 2 digit number it gives me a packet loss. Currently I am in India and I am facing this issue while trying to connect to an Indian Steam server. When I connect to an Asian server i do not get any lag/ packet loss.
Internet connection - Fiber Optic 100Mbps D/U
Comp Config:
i5 6600
8GB Kingston DDR4
GTX 960 4GB OC
If anyone has any suggestions it would be helpful.

Normal Internet is working perfectly and all other online games as well. I play League of Legends and get a constant 45 ping.

Also, I don't face an issue while playing on the Community servers. Just MM

UNPLUG YOUR ROUTER MODEM FOR A FEW MIN AND PLUG IT BACK IN

IF THAT DOESNT FIX IT THEN USE A PENCIL TIP TO PRESS THE SMALL RECESSED BUTTON ON THE BACK OF THE ROUTER ( HARD BOOT )

IF THAT DOESNT WORK THEN CALL YOUR ISP

SORRY FOR CAPS

Done everything :) It's only when connecting to certain servers. My ISP has checked everything at their end too. They even replaced all the network cables that are present in my house.

if the packet loss is on certain server then it's not ur side problem.
could be the wire connection all the way from ur side to the specific server was damaged.(I faced it once)
some community server is fine because their server wasn't on the affected wire.
