Steam needs to download csgo again

I already have downloaded csgo a while ago and played it for 300 hours and now steam is asking me to download the game again, its in the right folder and it was working yesterday, I didn't change anything.

it did something, but now it says theres a 6 gb update... and am pretty sure updates/patches aren't that big

right now i restarted steam and theres an update, and it says
ready to launch in approximately: 3 seconds
after that it failed and said it timed out so i did it again and now its stuck again, sometimes it changes to like 1 second and other numbers
