Radeon settings "AMD CrossFire Mode" consensus

just a general hows it going for amd gpu users and namely people with crossfire setups, I run a HD 7990. I notice that on occasion(1-2 times a month, more depending on how frequent i play) my game would run like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with uber tearing and get 60-140 fps max dipping up and down...only solution thus far ive found was to switch my cross fire mode from default to afr friendly, or to 1x1. When the uber tears ensue...running a asus 75hz monitor nothing too crazy but still just wondering, how the experience has been with cs:go and cfx....im considering putting the 7990 to single gpu mode but it scares me to put the card through that kind of voltage usage without some kind of parasitic load at all on the same pcb. no idea. If i have to though im going to have to run single because its even skipping entire nade animations or weapon switch animations at times...hopefully its just the "new" 480 drivers ill consider reverting back...

well im running in single mode now seems to be the solution fps is good too
