yeah that steriod thing was really *ironic* tbh, i dont want to use them srsly and i will never use them but im training so hard right now that its hard to gain more biceps :D
haha because its like my goal for myself, i want a big biceps ^^ (dont worry not only that, i mean the full body should look pretty good, but i just want that big biceps :D)

Hahahaha, true sh i t my friend :D but i guess gym takes time^^ im now at a deficit to lose my fat but i want to build some muscles too in that time, so im eating about 80% proteins
