Need biceps like pasha (serious question)
Hello Community,
im training hard and hard but my biceps is now at 36, what can i do to get it like pasha and what do you think is his biceps? maybe 45 or something like that? i thought about using roids but idk im unsure, i really wanna look like him so what can i do besides using roids?
i already train rly hard my back, but while i train my back i use my biceps too and after my workout i go for 3 sets for my biceps like biceps curls, hammer curls and some dropsets on them too, so what can i do? eat more protein?

keep the training consistent and keep working out while getting sufficient protein. also why aim for pasha biceps when he said he doesnt have enough time to go gym :D

I don't know how old you are, but if you are still a teenager wait a couple of years -- it might be a hormonal thing. Don't use steroids, that would be plain stupid.

Lol maybe ask that stuff on a weightlifting forum and not a gaming forum. Also I would be very careful using steroids they are extremely dangerous for your health.

im 18 now, and started gym like 6 months ago, i made some good bicpes work till now but i rly want that biceps of pasha as a goal^^

yeah that steriod thing was really *ironic* tbh, i dont want to use them srsly and i will never use them but im training so hard right now that its hard to gain more biceps :D

haha because its like my goal for myself, i want a big biceps ^^ (dont worry not only that, i mean the full body should look pretty good, but i just want that big biceps :D)

Hahahaha, true sh i t my friend :D but i guess gym takes time^^ im now at a deficit to lose my fat but i want to build some muscles too in that time, so im eating about 80% proteins
