Wrist aim if where u want to point is close
Arm if he is far away
(Sensitivity is a factor)

Arm aiming is objectively worse, you have less control because you have to move more of your body and therefore use more energy on it. It's not AS bad if you have an armrest on your chair, but it's still worse. The only situation where I can imagine arm aiming ever being useful is if you have a chair taller than your desk and you can't reach down low enough to put your wrist on the table
arm aiming means being able to do smaller movements than with your wrist accurately (its easier to move half distance x if distance x is bigger, think about it, guessing and touching the mid of a 5 inch stick is easier to do with your finger than touching the middle of a 1mm stick, youd touch the middle and both ends at once in that case)

still both are useable ways of playing cs, use whats comfortable to you is my opinion

the majority of the pro scene are arm aimers afaik, scream for example uses arm aim. however there are some exceptions, I think kennyS and some other guy had a pretty high sens and use wrist aim (mainly) but I could be totally wrong

you will most likely benefit from learning both anyway

I prefer wrist, but remember to take breaks and do wrist exercise every once in a while, else it'll hurt

People always use the arm and wrist. The only people don't using it are those with 4000+ edpi.

Player from 200-2500 edpi always use both depending on the situation. Long range fights etc. = wrist; fast movement = arm
