Looking for a 300 EURO gaming PC

You'll want to at least start with 700, but 800 would treat you a good deal better.

You'll need at least 600 € for a decent gaming PC that can run not only CS:GO, but other games too.
For 300 € you could get like an Intel Pentium with integrated graphics card and 512 MB of RAM.

its hard to build a 300 euro pc i built mine for 137.57$ cad/cnd cause i already had ram and harddrive but if you go to the hardware area of steam they will help you

You can build a cheap gaming PC for 500euro.

WAIT FOR GTX1070 to come out, and AMD to announce their card.

This will lower the price on all GPU's.

Even now, 980's,970's,960's have lowered in value by $100-60.

EDIT: Also saving for a 120GB ssd would be a huge upgrade for starting your PC. it's only any extra 40-60eruos.
