Honestly, what are the odds that my internet shut off for 4 hours immedeitly after joining a voice chat with someone? I even looked it up and there are ways to trace IP's from Steam voice chat.
There is no doubt in my mind that this was a DDOS.
I'm not implying that they are the police or civil court. I now understand that I can not get my ban removed. But what I was mainly asking for is if the user who did the DDOS will be punished. And furthmore from other comments I now know that this was the wrong place to do this.
I filed a report soon after I started this thread and I was just asking for further help from people to see what I can do.
