How to play with a crappy reaction time
I have a pretty garbo reaction time, something like 375 ms. How do I play in a way that can compensate for my delay? Like holding angles, rushing sites, crosshair placement, etc. Does anyone have similar experiences? I need help, cuz my teammates yell at me for missing people who peek that I should have got pretty easily.

If you have bad reaction time then no amount of holding corners or angles will help.
You'd best become a lurker or support fragger and positioning your crosshair to compensate for you bad reaction.

Crosshair placement and using as high volume as possible. Footsteps will allow you hear movements and expect when enemy will peek.

Just become more alert by practice or, drink coffee or take caffine pills. Or get a prescription which increases your alertness and reactions.

Or he could just improve his reaction time by practising.

Some people can't, just their natural response times are very large. This is sometimes the case with different medical conditions as well.

Reduce or remove any other sources of "lag" e.g. get fast internet for low pings, set up csgo for high fps, turn off VSync, get a monitor with low input lag etc.. And train a lot, reactions improve from training. In terms of playstyle perfectioning crosshair placement as was mentioned before is probably the way to go.

Is that the same argument the NA pros used when they got caught taking adderal?

FYI, you can most definitely improve reaction time by training.
There are specific games for reaction that will greatly improve your reaction

He said his reaction time is bad, that has nothing to do with lag.

prefire nonstop, even if there is no one there, prefire that corner.

Tho, you should ... somehow improve your reaction time.

Try a website called Human Benchmark. Look it up on Google. Another good mobile game to improve reaction time is Bang. Look it up in the app store
