How to start CSGO Without VAC Protection

Hello Guys, I want to make a small 5v5 tournament with my friend group,
TL;DR we are group of 10 friends who want to play csgo in local, we DO NOT want to play on any Casual or Competitive servers. I have 3 vac banned accounts and 7 non-banned. How can we manage to play together? any advice is appreciated.
FYI, when we start a local server via "play with friends" option, it says that those 3 accounts can't play on secured server.

Right click CSGO -> Properties -> Launch Options
Then enter:
-insecure

Launches the game with VAC disabled



also you can rent a server and disable vac from being turned on your rented server.

I have never hacked in my life and one of those 7 unbanned accounts is mine, those 3 are vac banned because we needed 3 more accounts to fill up 5x5 match, so they bought vac-banned accounts for cheap. :L we don't have much financial care so that's why I'm asking for help
