Screen continues to get darker and darker no matter what i do.

I just got a new computer and have been tryin to play games on it, a lot of them work great! however even though my csgo runs smoothly, it gets way too dark. From the moment i spawn it continues to get darker, and sometimes by the end of the round my screen is dark dark black. I cant see people a lot of the time because my screen has dimmed so much. This is really frustraiting me because i love this game and the people on it, but im unable to play it. As far as im concerned its broken for windows 10.

i play on windows 10 but do not have that problem do you have drivers instlled have you tried reinstalling CSGO?

What drivers in particular? because i think i have everything running

good chance is a driver issue. reinstall gpu drivers

first what gpu you have second for amd do not use 16.5 those are broken for nvidia use the last known working one should be latest

ah intel igpu here ill give you the driver page https://downloadcenter.intel.com/

idk how intel igpu works but i believe you click on automaticly update your drivers by clicking on get started

I resolved this issue.
After doing a lot of research i found that changing the game resolution is causing this problem so all you guys need to do is, don't mess with the resolution bar just let it be default mine is (1920*1080) or put the resolution to the highest and run the game if the game is running good then enjoy, if not then put each and every other details to low or very low.
For Example:
Global shadow quality: Very low
Model/Texture Detail: LOW
Effect detail: Low
Shader Detail: Low
Anti-Aliasing: 2x MSAA
Texture Filtering: Trilinear
& everything else to (Disable)

I think this will help

Bro do you have laptop or pc?

If u have laptop i also had same problem.
Try to play while your laptop is charging. In this way you increase your fps and the brightness will remane same.
