Corrupted Packet [Solved]
I can connect to community servers completely fine, so i don't know. On the other hand, i can not connect to ANY official valve server. Thing i've tried to fix the problem: Verifying Integrity of game cache, uninstalling CS:GO, Restarting Steam, Restarting CS:GO, Restarting my computer, Restarting the routher, disabling my virus protection, and lastly (even though it probably won't do anything) switching accounts (one was connected to prime, the other wasn't, so I thought maybe that was the problem).

ANY help would be great, but i've pretty much done everything at this point, also i'm not the one sending corrupted packets, i'm receiving them.

Edit: Norton is the problem, something with a new update causes some unknown errors most likely with connections to valve servers.

Easy Fix: Uninstall norton with norton remover tool, and simply restart your computer and reinstall! Should work fine after that!!!

Best Possible fix:

"Personally, I had the same problem and I discovered that what caused this was an Asus software that came along with my motherboard, the software in question was the 'GameFirt IV', after several tests opening and closing things I noticed that when I closed The software the game worked, so I think the problem is caused by software that manipulates the use of network data on the computer, I hope I have helped."

Same as well! Also getting corrupt packets at 0.
Tried what you did as well but nothing works.

I'm glad I'm not alone in this!

I'm using M1, Singapore.

EDIT:
Tried pinging the server, and it checks out fine.
But not working if I try to play.

Multiple times... what i've done is at the top, sooo yeah
i`m also getting corrupt packets.
I have this problem too and its so annoying
Oh good, its not just me. I have tried every fix I could think of and scoured the internet for hours to no avail.

List of what I have tried that failed:
Restarting CS:GO
Restarting Steam
Restarting my PC (was able to get into one DM then after map switch got packet loss again)
Restarting my router and modem
Reinstalling CS:GO
Periodically verifying integrity of game cache about a dozen times

Nothing has gotten me able to play for more than a game and even that one I am beginning to think was an anomaly. It's really frustrating. I play Monday just fine but last night couldn't play at all.
I think they ♥♥♥♥♥♥ something up with the last update...
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LWYt-yJLE6s it didn't work for me but it might work for you.
I have a pc that has both wifi and ethernet and that fix doesnt work. I think the problem lies with the new update.
