How do I change my steam phone number when i dont have my phone anymore?

I need help removing my phone number from steam
I recently got a new phone number but my old phone number was registered to my steam account. I cant change my phone number without having to send a sms to my old phone number, which i don't have anymore. PLEASE HELP!
