If you saved all the order confirmations you can just add the sum.

you can go to your card drops for CS:GO and it will tell you how much you've spent :)

Go to: Username > Badges > Csgo > "How do I get card drop" and the pop up will show you an estimate of how much you've spent in csgo.

To get to it in depth you Hover over your name > Go to Badges > Click (Above CS:GO Card's) "How do i earn more drops" and it will tell you how mutch USD you spent in-game.
