[ISSUE] CS:GO Stuck at home screen
So I recently finished my PC, and wanted to try and run CS:GO.

I'm running an Intel i5 6600k, Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970, and Windows 10 Student Edition.

I can load into the game fine, with or without the splash screen, but once the home page loads, it "freezes", but I can navigate through the menus still. I can't see my cursor, but I can hear it navigate through the menus when I click on them. I've tried verifying the cache files, running with certain launch settings like -autoconfig, -safe, -windowed, etc. and nothing has worked. All my drivers are up to date there are no updates in Windows Update. The game doesn't crash, but I have to alt-tab out of it to close it. I can run other games, like Rust, completely fine with no issues, if that's any help.

To visualize what I'm seeing, think of it like playing with your monitor turned off. You can still navigate and everything but nothing changes on screen. Also, TF2 doesn't work, as it turns into a black screen after loading through the splash screen, but on TF2 I can see my mouse. Maybe a source engine issue?

Attached is an image of what I see when I use -novid as a launch setting. I can hear myself navigate through the menus but nothing happens on-screen.

Above is what I'm stuck at. I can hear myself navigating through the menus but the screen is basically permanently locked at this screen. I also cannot see the cursor.

Found out what happened. NXZT's CAM monitoring software made it screwy.
