It is about the 4 jumping noscopes Coldzera from LG got when facing a 5 man rush from Liquid on the pivotal round of the first map in the semis at the last major.

I think the fourth was not actually jumping.

He also got a jumping m4 spraydown on cache.

It was a really good series to highlight things that are wrong with the game.

It refers to the crazy 4k + Jumpshot Collateral that LG player Coldzera got against Liquid during the major. The 4k got them lots of momentum and essentially won them the game.
