Its not being played it in offical Proleagues, because of how boring and unbalanced it is.

But a good map proves itself by being exciting and fun to play to the majority of players. Like Cache, Inferno or Dust2.

You mean it's only fun for people who don't even bother to learn competitive maps and prefer to play an unblanced map to feel like they actually knows how to play cs properly. That and people who want to rank up faster and earn a rank that they don't deserve due to playing ♥♥♥♥♥♥ maps that no good players play.
