It's a reference to when popular twitch streamer Summit1g was playing for pro team Splyce in a LAN tournament .

It was a 1 versus 1, the bomb was planted, summit killed the last terrorist and there was a Molly fire in front of him. He looked away from his screen to his teammate and ran forward but died by running into that Molotov fire so the bomb never got defused. His team went on to lose the map.

Now whenever anyone dies by a Molly , twitch chat spams "1g"

I'm pretty sure it was when summit 1g failed to defuse a bomb whilst no one on the opposing team was alive because he walked right into a Molotov and died due to his low HP.
