When other people spectate me, they tell me that im lagging badly. In reality there is no lag & 100% smooth.

This problem happens when I firsty try to play CS:GO. I thought they were joking or something.
I dont know im not the only one who has this problem, people accused me for teleporting around and lagging, but in reality in my screen there is 100% no lag & very smooth.

I have : GTX 960
I5 4590
8GB RAM
60hz monitor
I got very high fps and its around 200+ and my ping is only between 50-100. Still, I tried to explain my problem but they dont seem to believe me and they start to report me coz I was teleporting around. Im very worried coz I got plenty of money in my CS:GO inventory.

I've tried to update my driver, manage my 3d nvidia settings, bought a new modem, clean up junk, scan my pc, and other things that i found on google that might help but those things arent helping this problem. If you have any solution, please let me know! Thank you!

It's problem on their end not yours... also you won't be Overwatch banned "for lagging"... they have not enough FPS or too slow interet
