Smurfing is bad. It won't be affected as long as you don't share the same phone number with your main account and your accounts. Do not smurf pls.

Not to mention that there is a chance in the future, to be isp vac if he's caught with cheats.
Not all smurfs are legit, some use cheats when they lose a round or 2.
