Why did my level reset?
It doesn't really affect anything but i'd like to know why.

What happens if you already have the 2020 medal and get 40 again?

I think you get the same medal but with different color.

Yes, you upgrade the service medal that you already obtained. Similar to how the operation medals upgrade.
