CSGO mouse sensitivity suddenly gone really slow?

So i opened CS last week noticing one big difference to my sensitivity. I play 3.75 sensitivity with 1800 dpi (raw input on) yet i don't even do a 90 degree turn with one full mouse movement. Its not the mouse as on games such as COD the sensitivity is perfectly fine - as i usually have it. I have also tried uninstalling and re-installing which didn't work, ran a full virus scan which didn't work and tried changing accounts which also didn't work. It's worked perfectly fine for a while before last week.

Nope got the mad catz rat 3 software and drivers, can only adjust dpi
