GG Valve for giving me a 30 minute cooldown on YOUR ERROR

First of all, I got a cooldown for not joining the match on time. And I actually joined 3 seconds before the countdown ended. The game kept getting stuck, I couldn't close the bugged CS:GO window so I can restart and try, and once I joined, I was on the server, but then it crashed again so i had to keep resetting before i actually came in 3 sec before the clock. It should have counted as if I joined. ♥♥♥♥ you

The window kept freezing, I didn't have cursor when I alt tabbed out of it in attempts to kill it with task manager for a restart.

I have 100/100 connection, can upgrade into 500/500 but not necessary.
