Why is the Tiger Tooth pattern pixelated?
So I just got a Gut Knife Tiger Tooth Factory New with 1.345 in float, but in-game in certain lighting it has pixelated spots which really ruins the skin for me.
Is this normal? I don't personally find it acceptable, since in some lighting it looks perfect.
Here are a couple screens to show what I mean:

Can anybody help? Or did Valve really just make this poor quality of a pattern?

This is not what I meant at all.
Tiger Tooth is not even meant to be like this.
I have a Karambit Tiger Tooth in real life too, and it's super clean as well.

it's pixelated because you are playing on low graphics settings, you will need to put your graphics settings to high or very high if you really want to see the skin the way it's meant to be seen. This is how it is for a lot of skins.

I already stated that my graphical settings are always on the max settings, so no it wouldn't be on low settings.
Also, why would I complain about graphics if my graphics were put to low? That just doesn't make sense.

What I meant was that the Tiger Tooth skin is supposed to look clean and nice and not have any forms of spots or scratches since that would ruin the smooth and clean look.

I've looked at some of the other knives with Tiger Tooth, and it seems that some suffer more from it than others.
The M9 seems to be much less affected meanwhile the Gut seems to be one of the most, if not THE most affected by these ugly spots.

I have the same problem whith my M9 TT FN with 0.006 float, #11 lowest float on M9 TT's. I'm thinging it's a render problem with the shadered Texture. I play CS:GO in highest settings on 1080p. Maybe it could be fixed by Valve but there is no way to fix this it whith your grafik Settings. Whitout shaders the pattern looks smooth and clean.

I have the exact same knife and I've never noticed that before.

The majority of people can't see it for whatever reason, but I guess that's just how it is.
