my specs are
core i5
4gb ram
and im using windows 10. will i still get 70-90 fps in low settings?

I have intel hd 5500/nvidia m820, at low i get stable 60 fps (laptop). If u on desktop, it will be fine as i had hd 3000 before (also laptop). Lock fps to 60 else laptop heatup will cause fluctuaion.

I use intel 3k with an i5 and it works well. CSGO demand more cpu than gpu I guess.

i used to get like 30 fps on some old Intel i5, 6GB RAM, Intel 3000 HD laptop i had.
however it used to drop to like 10 or 7 at random times and the fan makes a loud noise

I think yes, cause I'm playting with Intel HD graphics 4000 on 2560x1080 resolution with 40-50 fps. But fps drops to 20 if someone throws smoke.
