Glitch on CS:GO Causes permanet ban?

Ive recently been testing aorund with glitch that sparkles has showed the CS:GO Community....If you dont know what this glitch is it is where on different maps you spawn in different places this does not work with bots so i had to go into a real competitive game to test it. I never used it to my advantage and actually deranked 3 times while using this! I never killed anyone when in any of the glitches and didnt give me a advantage what so ever...Yet i have been permanatly banned off official csgo servers for Supposedly having a external software that increased my aim or vision assistance? This is a issue that needs to be fixed and i know i was exploiting a bug... But am i in the wrong for this? Should i be permanatly banned? Or just a long cooldown? I dont understand how i end up getting banned for something that is broken in your game...Please help me steam support!!!

When you know how to circumvent logical game mechanics/standard processes to do something like spawn in the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ sky... well... don't do that ♥♥♥♥.

Problem ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ solved.

Obvious bug abuse is considered an offense just like cheating, so of course you will get banned.

Yes i know it was wrong but did i really exploit the glitch..No. I didnt use it to my advantage once And trust me i wouldve never used it on a real comp if it worked offline with bots but it doesnt just wanted to test it around...Also I was Majorly Disruptive? Which it says i was using external software to my advatage which is incorrect..

Really? Because majorly disruptive? Says that i was using a external software to give me a advantage ingame which is incorrect also.. I didnt even get kills with this glitch and was just testing it around also had a full que that was fine with having one less player cause i was testing around...

its a glitch, something thats not ment to be there, it CAN give you a advantage, overwatchers can't tell why you are doing the glitch, they just know you did it.

Cheating scum? If anything it would be glitching scum and am i really a scum for doing nothing wrong? I had a full que that was fine with having one less player i was testing stuff such as how far i could go out of the map withought a death border and other things of the sort and got little to know kills using it...

I JUST GOT THE SAME THING .. :/ I USED IT ON MM AND THEY REPORTED AND CALLED ME CHEATER BUT I TOLD THEM TO WATCH SPARKLES VIDEO..

Correct.. But what was the report for cause no where in time was i using external software for my advantage which is exactly what the overwatch ban says i did.. Wouldnt it be griefing at that? I know i did wrong but i dont think that i should need to wait 4 months and spend another 20 dollars on the game for giving the enemy team a free win.

Me to and it just confuses me yes i had a unfair advantage if i was using in that way but really? A ban that will not be removed and i was a prime member cause i thought well i would never cheat on csgo maybe try to get less smurfs and ♥♥♥♥? But no i get banned for there game being broken and now i have to wait 4 months to spend another 20 dollars on the game to play it :(

Since hacks can do that (among many other things), the Overwatchers can't distinguish between bug abuse and using external software. What difference does it make? None. There is a reason why it's called bug abuse, you know?

Glitching in most cases is considered jsut as bad as hacking and you cannot really tell the differnces is most occasions, heres an example, Most people know star wars battlefront, in the newer game you used to be able to give yourself invicibility by ramming your starship into the ground and exiting it at the same time, (I never did this myself only have seen it happen) From there you character spawns where you crashed and now cannot die, this is a glitch that gave people more of an unfair advantage than most hackers. glichs may seem harmless but they are just as bad, however in you glitching you said you were deranked 3 times, so you may have been perma banned for greifing your match, i dont know why you were banned exactally but i know what glitch your talking about, ive come accross it a few times in videos while browsing youtube, just keep in mind that in alot of cases glitching can be considered hacking because alot of glitchs are just as bad, for other players it may of seemed like you had some sort of teleport hack.
