Chat global competitivo /global competitve chat

Al jugar competitivo no puedo leer los mensajes del equipo contrario , pero si enviarlos , soy nuevo en csgo pero de verdad me gustaria leer que dice el equipo contrario porque muhcas veces mi equipo discute con ellos
First of all , english is not my primary language so it could be like talking with a monkey, the problem is this ,probably is easy to make but im new at csgo and im still knowing the game . When im in MM i cant read what the other team type , but i can talk to them , sometimes my team have arguments by the global chat but i cant read and its really uncomfortable for me .Hope you can help me , Make it happen guys . cya
