Exercising can make you better in CS GO
Yes, this sounds scary for the people who are lazy, but it's true from experience. There's a study where if you exercise, you can increase brain activity more than you are just sitting down a lot. Because of this, it helps you concentrate. So when I got back from waterpolo, I played cs go like 10 minutes later and did signifcantly good than other times when I wasn't exercising. And the best part is I did better than higher ranked players.

It will make you better and the cause is simple. The release of endorphins in your brain makes you react faster, think faster and allows much quicker muscle memory learning.

Many do "warm-ups" playing different maps but really all you need is 45 min of cardio training.

"Did significantly good than other times." You play water polo, advocate for exercise, yet can't form a coherent sentence? Maybe you need more water polo?

You know it's placebo... right? You just feel good after excersize and that makes you play better and have more confidence...

It's like this:
You have good day and good teammates = You play better
You have bad day and bad teammates = You play worse

placebo still works. guess why every pro has a training routine.

I never said placebo doesn't work... I just said that it's not only limited to excersize... Just be happy and you will play better
