I can't start the game, i click on play and... nothing.

Is it a brand new computer ? Did you format recently ? :)
Do you have at leat a black screen for one second or something ? or is it just preparing to launch and nothing ?

Is new computer.
Primary os was ubuntu, i install windows .
Just preparing to launch and nothing... I can make a vide if you want , and sorry for my english ( English is my secundary language )

BimSekai ı played this game 3 days and someting happened while a map dowlands last day the game quiet itself and my computer quiet it self too.When ı open the game 1 day later a black screen came for a second and the game quiet(it says ı play it but ı am not).Now ı cant play the game because it says it is an engine eror and cant run this game what can ı do ı only played it 10 hours :/

What is the exact error message ? Did you try verifying game cache ?

windows defender is not the problem.

what chipset drivers did you install than?

and

Make sure to install the "Other Drivers" which include DirectX, PhysX, and Visual C++

verifying cs:go always makes a file or two fail.
