Laptop for CSGO

Hey guys!! I will be shifting to US for further studies, so i need a good gaming laptop that can play csgo at stable 200+fps as i play competitive a lot. I play at 1920x1080 resolution with max settings. Along with that, i will also play some new heavy titles like witcher 3 and BF, but i dont care about insane fps in those, playable fps will be fine.

I have 2 options which are as follows:
1: Get a razer blade stealth/ alienware 13r2 + graphics amplifier ( core in case of razer) with gtx 1070 GPU. Both these laptops have i7-6500U cpu with 8/16 gb ram respectively.

2: Get a laptop with i7-6700K Desktop CPU and 970m GPU. This has 16 GB ram.

Both the options cost me slightly less that 2000$ and i dont want to go above it. Which option is better? (CSGO takes priority over other games)

Lappy with 1070 costs 150$ less infact, so its a small bonus. Thanks for the help anyways :)
