[FACEIT] Cannot change password

When I go "forgot password", it sends me a link on my email account. I open it, type the new password, and at the bottom left corner, 404 appears and that's it.
Sometimes it doesn't but the "reset password" window just stands there.

My reset password worked just fine 2 weeks ago, you may ask the faceit staff directly :/
Try using a different browser ? I know it's barely ithical, but have you tryed IE/Edge ?

Well this isn't against the rules, is it ?
It's not like he put a freaking banner [FACEIT] in the topic so that relevant answers could be given.

If he can't connect to his account he'll have a hard time posting something on faceit.

It's not like he put a freaking banner [FACEIT] in the topic so that relevant answers could be given.

If he can't connect to his account he'll have a hard time posting something on faceit.

Giving advices about what could go wrong, he lost his password, it happens, maybe if you DID use the password recovery you can tell him how it's supposed to go and where he has an unsual result, maybe how you think he can solve it, otherwise how he can search somewhere else... you know, being constructive and all ?

Maybe creating a new faceit account and post on the site's forum will be of more help, you could have said it that way =)

That's not entirely the point. They have the right idea to direct OP towards faceit assistance because they're probably more qualified to help him with his issue.
