I live in Nevada, which is basically the only thing on earth next to Monaco in terms of gambling. I walk into casinos and see people addicted to these things, and to know that kids who aren't even old enough to drive yet are being enabled to do this just shocks me.
On the latter part, that happens in EU too. We have to fill in some form for US taxation. In practice, it changes nothing for us though. A little bit weird they do that, but I guess the legal culture is a little bit "insane" over there, so they have to secure their backs?
