What's the best way to have 2 accounts on the same computer? A second Windows user?

just click make new account then switch users FROM steam

You don't need to? Just log off and sign in with the credentials of the other user and sigh in?

You'll have to have a new unique phone number if you want to play prime though.

prime account needs a unique number not steam accounts.

so if you want to play prime you stuck.
