But those 'skins' are merely virtual goods. "Content & Services" which are OWNED BY VALVE and have no remunatory value nor is there any right of ownership granted to the ed-user - so really not sure what the individual wanted to "sue" over, since they never owned whatever it was they claimed to have 'lost'...
