second csgo account to farm skins and cases
Can i create another steam account and buy csgo there, then farm skins and cases and trade with my main account? Is it worth?

It isn't worth the money, at minimum you have to pay 7$ for an account, then to farm skins and cases off of it would take months maybe a year to get back to 7$ let alone make profit

Should have done it at the begining of the Op, higher chance to make your money back.
I got a chalice mw on my alt :). I just log into it once a week for the drop.
