Well, the problem is, there are two Covert skins in the collection. That means that even if you have ten Classified skins from the same collection, you only have a 50% chance. All in all, you will probably lose money on the 50% trade up, so it's not worth it. Just buy it.

10 m4 knights = 100% Dragonlore.

Each knight used = +10% chance.

Okay, if you insist on it for some illogical and determination-driven reason, the cheapest skin that trades up to it is the Nova | Antique. Even then you just have a 50% chance of... losing your money less.

It will always be 50/50 chance if you have to trade up in a collection with 2 covert skins from pinks, always 50/50 if it is ONLY classified skins from THAT colection, any other colllection lowers teh odds.
you you trade up like 10 FN M4A1-s Knights for a 100% Dragon Lore, you lose money cause all ten M4 skins $ > single Dlore $
the chameleon and asiimov are both coverts, a FT asiimov > FT Chameleon in $ just buy the skin, don't waste money.
