(Ghosting refers to a dead player coming back as a "ghost" and helping his team/friend by giving enemy positions away.).
Everyone says i'm hacking, but i'm not tracing through walls or something. So... can you be banned for it? it's not hacking, but it's unfair.

They (Valve) kinda prevent ghosting - if you are dead, alive people cant hear you (or see what you chat). And unless you are speaking with your friends out of the game (skype/teamspeak), your teammates cant hear you.

No you can not be banned from casual gaming, and reporting on casual does not work. The overwatch only shows demos from competetive not from casual. Dont listen to people and their weird lies.
