A script ? If yes is from u ? give more sources.

Did u try to verify integrity of cache ?
Did u try to restart ur pc ?
Did u try to reinstall cs:go ?
Did u try to reinstall cs:go to another location ?
Did u update all ur drivers ?

well when that happens to be now and then i just spass out hitting keys and jumping, that normally fixes it
