CS:GO Character Animations?

Does anyone know how you are able to create the CS:GO characters to do what you want I am not talking about in-game obvioulsy I aam talking about for youtube videos :P or does anyone know who does this kind of stuff?

Animate in 3DS Max, Cinema 4D, ect. Finding the models should be easy.

also you will need to manually import the CSGO characters as SFM does not install with them.

If you're looking for help I recommend you check out https://www.youtube.com/user/SourceFilmMaker. It's a channel run by Valve with a good amount of tutorials regarding the basics of SFM.
