KNIFE CASE GLITCH

ok so i was opening a huntsman case and i had my hopes up it was like the 10th one i was opening after spending about $50 on random cases i was in a skype call with my friend josh (im super high) and we both were hoping for a knife drop the counter was spinning and it started to slow down i saw the huntsman knife symbol and it landed on it before i could get the knife the case closed and said there is a problom try agian later!

seriously i was so angry i tried to open the case agian and i got some ♥♥♥♥♥♥ gun im so angry

does anyone know how i can contact valve or CS:GO people and complain or demand that i get the knife i deserve.

what is in the case is predetermined, that means the wheel showed you something it wasnt suppoed to...the gun you got was the one that dropped from the case

I'm pretty sure the spinning doesn't matter.... That's why some people do speedruns where the open the case and quickly hit the inventory button and it skips all of that. It doesn't change the outcome of the case...

if the case was predetermined then could the glitch have changed something becuase i swear that it landed on the huntsman knife

That's why it showed you an error then, if what you say is true. It showed the incorrect item. Either way, what you end up with is what it dropped and support can't really help you even with video evidence.
