I cant play CSGO at the same time when my brother plays it.

Me and my brother both own csgo. Whe love to play it but whe only can play it one at a time, because if i play my brother gets a discconection problem. If my brother plays i will get a DC.
its weird and i dont know what to do. Ive also send a ticket to steam. They directed me here so here i am someone so help me please.

If you bought the game on one account and Family Shared it to your brothers or vice versa you cannot play Competitive matchmaking on a Family Shared version of the game. So this is the reason why if this is what you're trying to do.
