Party sounds in CS:GO??

Can someone explain to me those "party sounds" that are made at random times in CS:GO by players? Anyone know what they are? never noticed them before.

Buy the Zeuz thingy where you buy you'r kevlar...Defuse a bomb.... Yeah that's it I think

- Birthday celebration: Chickens wear party hats and explode into confetti. (screenshot)
- Birthday celebration: Defusing the bomb makes confetti and balloons come out. (screenshot)

Also you can't disable them, the party sounds happen around csgo's birthday which was on the 21'st of august

Well, I was searching a way to disable it, but didnt find any way. Sorry to bother and thx for info. I need to live with that :(
