How to improve FPS using console commands?

I just got a new tablet 2 in 1 laptop and I installed CSGO. I remember there are some commands to input in the console to improve FPS. Could someone tell me please?

Also, any other tips would be appreciated. I go up to 30FPS and as low as 10FPS. Settings are all on low, lowest resolution too.

I apologize to the OP (Hustler). I thought hustler was someone who was saying "I can't help", that's why I said "What was that supposed to mean?". Actually I didn't read the name of the OP properly. BTW, I can help you with your original question. There are a number of console commands out there which disable unnecessary particles and some of them are there to change the CPU's priority to the game.

Again, I am sorry to the OP.

If you can't maintain a solid 30 fps you shouldn't play for the sake of your teammates. Play minecraft instead lol

I can't provide you the link which could help you by telling you about the console commands. Steam removes it. Do you have a laptop or a desktop? If a laptop, try using windows 7 cause it improves gaming performance. Also, update all your drivers...if desktop, try cleaning it. Especially, the heat sink. what framerate do you get btw?

Windows 7 does not improve gaming performance, and Steam will not support Windows 7 in 2020. Nor does Windows 7 have DX12 support. Only certain games you may see a small FPS gain, but in most titles it won't be the case.

DO NOT CAP YOUR FPS, doing this gives your panel less frames to choose from so you might find it will stutter more if you do. Use these commands that helped me:
