How to toggle binds?

New to scripting for cs and I want to alternate my right click between jump and secondary action. Any idea on how to do without using aliases?

I'm not sure you are able to do what you are asking. CSGO looks down on scripting because in some cases it can give you a really big advantage for instance bunnyhopping. If you were able to bind multiple commands like this to 1 button nothing is stopping you from doing something like bind mouse2 "+jump+jump" ect. Why would you want to alternate the buttons mid game anyway?

I got used to using mouse2 to jump in sourse, but I only surfed and bhopped. So when I came back to GO, I awp, light toss nades, and all of the other secondary options. I remember while watching the tf2 tip of the hats stream that Quba has mouse2 bound to jump and toggled to crouch.

bind q Mousesettings

Alias mousesetting bind mouse2 +jump bind q alias mousesettings2
Alias mousesetting2 bind mouse2 +secondaryfire (?) bind q alias mousesettings

btw. why dont u use mousewheeldown to jump? ^^
makes bunnyhopping way easier.

mouse1 fire
mouse2 jump
mouse3 take molo
mouse4 scope/alt fire
mouse5 reload
mouse6 take flashbang
mwheelup take smoke
mwheeldown jump (i know double bind :D used mouse2 +jump for 8 years thats why ive done this)

I got a new mouse recently and used to use mwheeldown as jump, but my new mouse doesn't let me mwheel jump as easily. So I've been relearning with m2.

My Mouse binds are

m1 fire
m2 jump/scope,alt fire
m3 toggle left/right handed viewmodels
m4 reload
m5 quickswitch
