how can i create a room to play with friends?

i wonder how can i create a room to play with my friends online. Please help me

Thanks for your instruction, but i meant if i have 10 friends, and we want to divide into 2 teams and play. how can we play like that?

Ah. I went ingame and you can just do Play With Friends, then click on Game Options and select one of the gamemodes, other than Competetive. Then click Change Permissions to Private Match. For some reason it's not possible to play with the Competive setting in a private server.

yeah cuz the Private option for Competitiv is that YOU / the host only can invite the players who he want to play with^^

The private option you have in lobby, is just lobby access. You cant create a server to play with friends in a private match from within the game. There is no peer to peer in csgo only dedicated servers. So either find an empty server, rent a server or create a server if you have a spare pc to run it from.

Thats not true. If you create a casual lobby and set it to private you will host a server for you and your mates. You even have full admin rights.
