Not all souvenir packages get you a souvenir?

Bought 2 Dust 2 Souvenir packages since they're so cheap, and when I opened it, it did the roulette wheel like with normal cases. I noticed that only some of the guns said "Souvenir" during the spin (like StatTrak on regular cases). So you can possibly get a non-Souvenir of the gun it looks like.

Has anyone opened a new souvenir package and NOT gotten a souvenir? I managed to, but it was just a P90 Sand Spray or whatever.

Nope. Only ever opened one souvenir package. Still love that cerberus skin :-)

The thing to note here is nowhere on the package notes nor anywhere else does it mention that only souvenir items come from those packages.

Depends on what map...Dust 2 ones are about $5, while Cache and Cobble are $20+ right now.
