Trade up contract suggestions?
I wanted to try the trade up contract a bit now, and the Mil-spec guns looked good (it's only 0.80€ for the cheapest ones), so could I get ANY restricted skin if I bought 10 cheapest Mil-spec guns? And should I aim for the same collection?

What do you suggest, compared to that I have 5.16€ right now? I saw people on Reddit talking about like buying 9 same skins and 1 ultra expensive (I think those all were restricted), but obviously I don't have that much

You can get any restricted skin from the collections you use in the trade-up. If you use 5 from the same collection, there's a 50% chance to get one from that. Use 2, there's a 20% chance for that collection etc.

So it doesn't matter if I buy 10 cheapest skins from one collection, I can still get the most expensive higher-grade skin from the same collection? And which collection do you suggest, for Mil-spec? I could go even restricted but I don't wanna waste 3€ on that, if there's low chance...

You're honestly better off just buying the skin you want vs. using the trade up contract.

Unless you spend every waking minute on the market to get the cheapest possible price for 10 items. The way they've made it now(or the market has gone) the trade up contract is more fun but more expensive.

Also, it will be random vs. you buying EXACTLY what you want.

Currently I only use the trade up contract for drops I get that I don't want or purchases I made that I no longer want. Even then, it's better to sell the items individually because you can make back a few extra cents opposed to the value of the one trade up contract item.

This is of course assuming you aren't extremely lucky and trade up to some crazy rare item that is worth 1 billion dollars!

IMHO.
