CSGO Crosshair missing?

Hello there! For the past weeks I've been not able to change my crosshair or do anything with it. Whilst I was messing around with it today I completely made it disappear. I'm wondering what's wrong and can somebody help me out?

All I have to do is delete CSGO from steam first and then go to steam --> Steamapps --> Common --> Counter Strike - Global Offensive and delete the entire folder. Then reinstall the game and everything should reset

Wasn't working, then I followed this step... it works!

I was trying to put all the settings to normal and did not work ... I tried to delete the game and download it again .. I was trying every possible code, and tips on what people had told me ... still crosshair is missing :(

i did the verify thingy but still nothing happened i can only use the default crosshairs but when i try to use classic crosshairs it comes up as nothing

It happened to me. I changed resolution in game and then changed it back. Problem solved

Some people may have changed the opacity of their crosshair either messing around with commands or copying console commands. You can try "cl_crosshairusealpha 1" (without quotation marks) to enable the use of alpha. From here, you can use "cl_crosshairalpha (0-255)" (without quotation marks). Choose any numerical value from 0-255 to try and set the opacity. (0 being the lowest and 255 being the highest.

In the process of you originally trying to change the alpha, you most likely did not have it enabled to allow you to properly change it, causing it to disappear. Hope this clears up some issues.

I did everything (list) CFG deleted in SteamApps, cache checked, restarted, uninstalled, i typed stuff into my console, i tried to make a new crosshair
if anyone has any ideas plz let me know just plz
